Course Overview
This course prepares you for entry-level roles in the dynamic and growing community services field. You’ll gain hands-on experience and practical knowledge to support clients across a range of settings including health, housing, disability, mental health, and youth services.
Throughout the course, you’ll develop skills in:
Providing person-centred support to individuals and communities
Working with diverse people and promoting inclusion
Maintaining safe work practices
Communicating with clients and colleagues in community service settings
